Umm...Shocking & Scary Hair Truth!!

I have to tell you all something you probably don't know! 

Soooo you're strolling through your local convenience store one day and remember "Hey! I need more shampoo! It's probably cheaper here than the salon anyway. Hair isle where are you...." You scan the isles until you find the right one! Aha! Whoa! They sell Paul Mitchell here? Awesome! You pick up a "Color Protect" (because who wants their color to fade?) and skip happily to the counter.

Two weeks later you have faded out hair color and are royally pissed at Paul Mitchell for not being a quality company. 

TRUTH: IT'S A FAKE!

I have truly gone to a store, gotten a product and compared it with the product at my school and it didn't even look or smell the same!  Paul Mitchell along with other Professional hair companies are legally only allowed to be sold through a hair professional. However unless caught in the actual act of handing it over the law can't do anything.  Hooonestly, whether real or not, would you really go to a random eye doctor or your own doctor you've been going to for years and knows you for your medicine?

Moral of this blog: 

Get your product from an educated source and know what products aren't publicly sold so you know you're not getting a fake.  I'm working on a list of these right now and will post as soon as I complete it!

I want you to have the most fabulous and healthy hair you've ever had in your life so let's get there one step at a time!

A Little about me and the new Blog!

Hello All my Lovelies!!

So I'm a little country girl in the big city of Los Angeles to do hair and have love absolutely every bit of it! ; ) I have done hair for everything from proms to weddings, photo shoots to girls nights out, videos to your regular cut and color!  Hair is my passion, my hurrah, my infatuation!

I created this blog to mostly answer questions and educate everyone about hair.  A lot of hair stylists will do your hair and not tell you what they're doing or why! NOT COOL! You should know not only about your hair but how to do it when you're not at the salon.  I mean really, who wants to only feel FABULOUS once a month?! Um not me! 

I will hold polls, have fun "I want to know how to do that" videos and answer any questions anyone has while offering some tips on how to make your hair uber luxurious and healthy! So ask away, vent about dumb people who have hurt your poor hair, and treat me like your crystal ball for fantabulous hair!! ; )
